Whether you’ve just moved to the city or been here for a few years we would love to welcome you into our church family and help you find a home.

Our church sees students differently. Instead of a student group, we want to get to know you personally and help you to grow in the area God is calling you into. We love to get students involved in church life, whether you want to grow in speaking God’s word, lead worship or enjoy investing in kids work – we love to see you do what you love.

We want you to get to know the whole church family whilst you’re here at Waterbrook, so you can get involved in all aspects of church life. But we also have some student-only time like our fortnightly Student Breakfast’s.

Student Breakfasts Fortnightly

Saturday mornings @ 9:30am are for fry ups around the dining table with the gang. Come and join us – all students are welcome!

We would love to mentor students 1-2-1 or in small groups. This is a place you can ask all the questions you’ve been worried over or unsure how to answer yourself.
Get in touch by contacting one of our student leaders below or EMAIL here.

Student Mentors

Tom Morris / Student Pastor

at Waterbrook for 10yrs

I grew up in Bristol and work as a Graphic Designer in town. I’m in touch with churches all over the city, but have a love for the smallness of Waterbrook. I’ve been teaching at Waterbrook for the last few years and have a heart for mentoring students.

Katie Fletcher / Student Intern

at Waterbrook for 3.5 yrs

I moved to Bristol in 2015 to start studying here at UWE to be an adult nurse! I fell in love with the realness, heart and passion for people at Waterbrook and soon stopped my plan on visiting other churches by week 3 of my first year. I love the family closeness of Waterbrook, I feel loved and valued by God as well as the people here. I have such a heart for vulnerable people in the city and also for mentoring students.
